1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to the Wicked Hair website and to the services we provide at our studio at 904 East Draper Parkway, Draper, UT 84020. By using this website, sending us a photo, or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

These terms are a general agreement between you and the salon. They are not legal advice, and nothing here limits any rights you have under Utah or United States consumer law.

2. Appointments and booking

Booking requests are handled through our online booking system, by phone, or by text. An appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us or from the booking system.

Complex colour work, including colour correction, extensions and vivid colour, usually starts with a consultation so we can agree the plan, the time and the price before we begin. Your consultation is free.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the time to another guest. Repeated no-shows or very late cancellations may require a deposit to rebook.

3. Prices and the level system

Prices on this website are starting prices and are shown as a guide. Final pricing depends on the stylist level you choose, the length and thickness of your hair, its condition and history, and the time and product the service needs. We confirm your price with you before we start your service.

Our five-level pricing system reflects each stylist's training, experience and demand. You are always welcome to ask for a different level to suit your budget.

4. Colour services and honest expectations

Hair colour is a chemical service and results depend on your hair's history, condition and natural pigment. Some results, especially corrections and lightening dark or previously coloured hair, take more than one visit. We will always tell you honestly what is achievable before we begin.

A patch test or strand test may be required before certain services. If we believe a service would compromise the health of your hair, we may decline it and suggest alternatives.

5. Photos you send us

When you send photos through our consultation form, you confirm that the photos are of you or that you have permission to share them. We use them only to prepare your consultation, as described in our privacy policy.

Photos on this website and in our gallery are of real clients and are shared with their permission. You may not copy, reuse or republish them without our written consent.

6. Our website content

All content on this website, including text, images, the gallery and branding, belongs to or is licensed to the salon and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links for personal use; any other use needs our written permission.

7. Third-party links

Our website links to third-party services such as our booking system and product brands we use, including Keune. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.

8. Liability

We take great care with every service, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
