Box dye recovery
Dark, flat, uneven colour from a supermarket kit. Lifted in controlled stages so the ends do not go first.
Brass and banding
Orange mids, yellow ends, a stripe where the last colour stopped. Levelled out, then toned to one clean read.
Dark to blonde
The biggest lift we do. Almost always planned as two sittings, and we tell you that before you pay for the first.
Grown out and over processed
Old highlights, old extensions, and a line of demarcation. Blended so it grows out soft rather than sharp.
Colour gone green or ashy
Usually a toner or a mineral problem, not a disaster. Often the cheapest correction on this page.
Someone else's work
You will not be lectured about where you had it done. We just fix it.

Free, fifteen to twenty minutes. Bring photos of what you want and, if you have them, the colours already on your hair.

The cost
Correction is charged by the hour.
Colour transformation runs $70 to $115 an hour depending on your stylist's level. The estimate you get at the consultation is the estimate we work to. If the plan changes, you hear it before the change happens, not on the way out.

- Yes. Box dye recovery is one of the most common jobs we take. Come in for a free consultation and we will tell you honestly whether it is one sitting or two before you book.
- How many appointments will it take?
- We tell you at the consultation, not halfway through. Where lifting safely needs two sittings, we book two sittings and space them so your hair recovers.
- Will my hair be damaged?
- We strand test before the risk is taken and we stop short of a result your hair cannot hold. If the colour you want is not possible today, we will say so and give you the route to get there.
