- Why are there five prices for one service?
- Every stylist holds a level, from Stylist through Senior Stylist, Creative Stylist and Master Stylist up to Creative Director, based on training, experience and demand. You are told your stylist's level and your price at booking, so the number never moves at the end.
- Is the consultation really free?
- Yes. Fifteen to twenty minutes, no charge, no obligation to book on the day.
- What if my service runs long?
- Correction and transformation work is charged by the hour and estimated in writing first. If the plan needs to change mid appointment, you hear the new number before we continue.
